Baby Reflex

Baby Reflex courses consist of three sessions each lasting around an hour. As the length of time a baby can receive reflexology treatment each day is limited we provide a practice foot for use during the class. The cost of the workshop will include a set of A5 charts to keep after the training and use at home.

The courses are run in small groups or privately in your own home on a one-to-one basis. We advise that baby is at least four weeks old at the time of attending the course.

Toddler Reflex

These courses run for two sessions of roughly an hour in length. The cost of the workshop will include a set of A5 charts to keep after the training and use at home.

There is an optional session 2/3 weeks after the final week of your course where parents are invited to come along and revisit any aspects of the course needed, discuss your experiences of using the techniques and have a catch up with everyone again - its a great time to bring partners along if they have been unable to come along to any of the other sessions too.

This session is optional and costs £7 to attend - booking required.
